Requirements: 4+ years experience in the outdoor adventure travel industry; 4+ years in management; proven leader; ability to run the daily operations of a growing adventure travel company; ability to manage a complex variety of tasks and logistics; attention to detail and high standards of organizational quality; positive, flexible, solution-oriented, and excited to work with a diverse team; outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal); remote work/home-based position requiring a reliable home office (PC, printer, phone, etc.) and a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection
