Position: Director of Operations
About: Wendy’s is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the management of daily operations of a District of 6 restaurants and supervise a District Manager overseeing 6-7 restaurants, responsible for the performance of 12-13 restaurants. The role involves growing sales and profits, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and ethical business practices to create a customer-centric environment.
Requirements: High school diploma required; college degree preferred; 18 years old or older; significant restaurant operations experience in the restaurant industry, multi-unit restaurant management experience required; ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures and HR policies; P&L analysis and corrective measures; supervisory practices and interviewing skills; knowledge of employment laws; strong PC skills; completion of recommended training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase Training; food safety certification
