Position: Director of Operations
About: Yoshinoya America, a prominent restaurant chain known for its delicious Japanese-inspired dishes, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Operations to lead a team of district managers overseeing multiple restaurant locations. This field-based position reports directly to the VP of Operations and plays a pivotal role in driving sales, profits, and fostering a strong organizational culture across all restaurants.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business or related field or equivalent experience; 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service restaurants, including 2 years of supervising district managers; proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment; experience in implementing system and process improvements; food safety certification; bilingual proficiency is a plus
