Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred; proven experience as a Director of Operations or similar leadership role within the construction industry; strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams; exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; deep understanding of the construction industry’s standards and regulations; excellent problem-solving skills; effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
