Position: Director of Operations

Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 5 to 6 years of related experience; Long hours sometimes required; Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects; Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines; Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; Must be effective at handling problems and maintaining confidentiality of information.
