Position: Director of Operations
About: The New York Marriott Downtown is currently seeking a strategic Hotel Operations Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance departments to ensure the implementation of brand service strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will focus on customer needs, employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and positive owner relations while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in a dynamic hotel environment.
Requirements: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations.
