Position: Director of Operations

Requirements: Master’s degree or comparable experience; senior-level leadership experience in a nonprofit or similar organization preferred; financial management expertise including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis; bookkeeping experience; knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations, and operational policies; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivation and ability to work independently; proficiency in telephone/computer/internet/social media skills and familiarity with Google platform; capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity; access to a dependable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
