Position: Director of Operations
About: RIVIERA DINING GROUP, known for its premier restaurant-concept brand, MILA, offering guests a culinary journey through exquisite MediterrAsian cuisine, located in Miami Beach. RDG is dedicated to excellence, sensory engagement, and creating immersive experiences for customers.
Requirements: A minimum of 10 years previous experience as a GM or DOO in a fine dining/luxury, high volume, recognized dining, and cocktail bar/lounge venue setting; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience; Previous hotel, dock operations, and catering experience desirable; Detail-oriented, effective communication and written skills; State-compliant food handling certificate & TIPS certification required; Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule, including weekends; Team player, self-motivated, punctual, and reliable with excellent time management skills; Must maintain confidentiality, travel among RDG properties, and be physically capable of general office tasks, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying weather conditions.
