Position: Director of Operations

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, hospitality, or hotel/restaurant management, or equivalent professional experience; minimum 5+ years of second-level multi-restaurant management experience, preferably with a national chain restaurant; 3-5+ years of supervision of multi-restaurant leaders; ability to travel within the assigned area and throughout the organization as requested; superior eye for business with the ability to analyze and impact organizational business results; excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation); demonstrated analytical, mathematical, and reasoning skills; superior organization and self-management skills; ability to manage/lead others, integrate change, and build an effective team; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; positive, team-oriented attitude; ability to stand, walk for extended periods, work at a fast pace, and tolerate varying environmental conditions; flexibility to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and variable schedules; valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage meeting or exceeding state requirements for company driver duties
