Requirements: At least five (5) years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-volume restaurant; expertise in Microsoft Office and technology; ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and communicate supportively; willingness to work a varied schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and be on-call at times; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and other physical requirements; Manager Certification in Sanitation and Food Handling
