Position: Director of Operations
About: Under the direction of the Vice President Operations, the Director of Operations at Hunt Companies, Inc. is responsible for the leadership, operational, and financial oversight of their assigned communities and team to achieve company goals. This role oversees a portfolio of properties and directly coordinates management of the assigned Community Directors.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or other related discipline required; Six to seven years’ previous multi-unit property leasing oversight experience at a Community Director level or above required; Three to four years’ previous experience managing others required; Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Previous experience with YARDI is preferred; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization as well as the military community and the military command; Valid driver’s license required; High performing, self-starter with excellent organizational and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently; Flexibility and time management skills are critical; Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and industry and government professionals; Strong financial analysis background, excellent leadership and motivational skills are required; Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) preferred; Accredited Residential Management (ARM) preferred
