Position: Director of Operations
About: A growing fresh produce importer and distributor is seeking an operations leader to oversee a new cold storage, warehouse, and packing facility in southern New Jersey. The Director of Operations will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate transformation within the company.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field; 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing/warehouse management; proven leadership and people management skills in a high-paced, multicultural environment; proven track record of leadership development and goal achievement; ability to manage by influence within the organization; experience in GMP, HACCP, FSMA regulated environments; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for commuting; Spanish speaking a plus
