Position: Director of Operations
About: Aon, a global professional services firm, is seeking an Operations & Technical Director for their Affinity Integrated Services team, responsible for providing operations support across multiple businesses. This role involves leading the AIS operations unit, collaborating with various business units, and product/platform/service teams to define and prioritize value delivery from the AIS. The position is based in Fort Washington, PA, with a hybrid work schedule.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; experience in insurance operations management, process design, vendor management, and performance benchmarking; strong understanding of customer-centric methodologies and strategies; excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
