Position: Director of Operations
About: An Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee properties in Westlake and Malibu, based in LA County. The role involves managing high-level renovation/construction projects, maintaining exceptional service standards, and coordinating seamless daily operations with a focus on property, staff management, and household care.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate with excellent references; fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; U.S. driver’s license and work authorization; willingness to undergo background checks and sign a non-disclosure agreement; based in or near the Valley for on-site presence
