Position: Director of Operations
About: DaVita is seeking a Regional Operations Director (ROD) for its Hospital Services Group to lead approximately 16 hospitals and 200 teammates, with complete accountability for a $25MM P&L. The ROD will provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care. This position involves identifying and developing growth opportunities, monitoring division performance, and working closely with senior management to align strategies with DaVita’s mission and values.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred; experience in leadership for a multi-site operational business; experience leading a unified team; demonstrated commitment to territory growth; ability to balance business success with patient and teammate satisfaction; moderate travel availability (25%-50% overnight); alignment with company core values; competitive spirit
