Position: Director of Operations
About: InterDent Service Corporation provides comprehensive dental support and administrative services to over 175 dental practices in eight states, including the Gentle Dental and Blue Oak Dental brands. They operate Capitol Dental Care (CDC), focusing on preventive care and improving oral and systemic health for children and low-income patients.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; at least five years of experience managing multiple practice/site locations (7+ years) preferably in the Dental Industry; proven track record of year-over-year growth; proven track record of successful customer service initiatives; ability to forecast and analyze business trends; ability to create and maintain a budget; travel within territory required (4 to 5 days in the field)
