Requirements: Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in food production in fast-paced restaurant environments; Ability to step in and out of daily operations focusing on service standards and business strategy; Proven track record in training and mentoring restaurant staff; Thorough understanding of food & beverage safety and sanitation regulations; Comfort and proficiency in using restaurant operational software like Restaurant 365 and Point of Sale dashboards.
