Position: Director of Operations
About: The company is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the Warehouse and Transportation department in Lockport, IL. Requirements: Bs/Ba preferred; 10-15 years of progressive management experience in fleet and warehouse operations required; Food service or consumer goods distribution experience required; Demonstrated expertise in motivating and providing supportive leadership; Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Proficient knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Rules and Regulations; Expert knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations; Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills; WMS and TMS experience required; Effective communication skills and financial acumen required
