Position: Director of Operations
About: CardioOne partners with independent cardiologists to provide innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. CardioOne’s platform helps physician partners thrive in fee-for-service and value-based care environments. In partnership with WindRose Health Investors, CardioOne is expanding its team for future growth. Cardiovascular Specialists of New England (CSNE) is a progressive independent practice with 10 cardiovascular Physicians partnering with CardioOne in southern New Hampshire.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration, nursing, or related field (master’s degree preferred); 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations; strong background in medical outpatient practice management (cardiology preferred); experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects; understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and quality improvement; exceptional leadership, organizational, problem-solving skills; financial acumen in budget development and cost management; change management ability, stakeholder influence, program management skills; excellent communication, interpersonal skills; knowledge of virtual care workflows, patient engagement, tele-health best practices
