Position: Director of Operations

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Conversational Spanish or Arabic a plus; Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, facilities management, or related role, preferably in a nonprofit or youth-serving organization; Proven leadership skills; Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; Experience in safety, security, and compliance protocols; Excellent project management skills; Strong communication and collaboration abilities; Budget management experience; Commitment to youth development and trauma-informed practice
