Position: Director of Operations
About: The Boys & Girls Club of Clifton (BGCC) in Clifton, New Jersey, serves over 6,000 youth annually and is deeply committed to the health and wellness of the community’s young people. The Director of Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the club meets the ever-changing needs of the community, focusing on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency to enhance the lives of Clifton’s youth.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Conversational Spanish or Arabic a plus; Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, facilities management, or related role, preferably in a nonprofit or youth-serving organization; Proven leadership skills; Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; Experience in safety, security, and compliance protocols; Excellent project management skills; Strong communication and collaboration abilities; Budget management experience; Commitment to youth development and trauma-informed practice
