Position: Director of Operations

Requirements: At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with 4-5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree with 5-6 years of related experience. Long hours may be required. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively; maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor; attend required meetings and trainings; adhere to company standards and regulations; maintain confidentiality.
