Position: Director of Operations

Requirements: Minimum of 7+ years of Operations leadership experience managing multi-level teams and P&Ls; Refrigeration or HVAC industry experience is a plus. 7+ years of direct or indirect customer relationship experience. Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical, Project Management, or related field is a plus.
