Position: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
About: Baby2Baby is a national non-profit organization that provides children living in poverty with diapers, formula, clothing, and basic necessities, serving over one million children across all 50 states annually. With a track record of distributing over 450 million items, Baby2Baby supports children in homeless shelters, domestic violence programs, foster care, hospitals, underserved schools, and post-disaster situations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred; 7+ years of experience in business management or development role; proven track record in operational excellence and strategic thinking; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple demands independently and as part of a team; experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives; exceptional client and customer service skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; well-developed team skills and flexibility; strong organizational and collaboration abilities; self-motivated, energetic, confident, and creative; strong editing and proofreading skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; commitment to Baby2Baby’s mission
