Position: Director of Operations
About: The Westin DC Downtown, located at 999 9th Street Northwest, Washington, District of Columbia, is seeking a strategic business leader for Hotel Operations, overseeing Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance departments. The position aims to ensure brand service strategy implementation, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and positive owner relations.
Requirements: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations; OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations.
