Position: Director Of Operations

About: The Martucci Group, a prominent restaurant group in Rhode Island, is seeking a dedicated Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee multiple restaurant locations including upscale casual, pubs, fine dining, fast casual to-go, and private function/catering venues. The role involves leading front-of-house teams, setting and achieving sales revenue and cost targets, ensuring quality service, hospitality, and teamwork standards, and contributing to the company’s growth and success in the industry.

Requirements: 5+ years of multi-site restaurant management experience as Director of Operations or equivalent; BS/BA or Technical Certification in Business or Hospitality Management; Financial acumen; Restaurant data systems and performance metrics expertise; Proven SOP and policy development skills; Proficiency in MS Office and advanced MS Excel

Benefits: Competitive base salary of $125,000 – $135,000, Management bonus up to 10% based on ops metrics, Paid time off, 401k with 100% match (first 6%)
