Position: Director of Operations
About: Highgate Hotels, a premier real estate investment and hospitality management company, is looking for a Director of Operations for Millennium Premier and Millennium Times Square hotels located in the heart of midtown Manhattan. These hotels offer desirable locations steps away from Times Square, Broadway, and other iconic landmarks, providing exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with 4-5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree with 5-6 years of related experience; ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally; warm and friendly demeanor; effective communication skills; multitasking abilities; adherence to high standards of personal appearance and grooming; compliance with hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; flexibility to work long hours when required.
