Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in upscale, full-service restaurant management (at least 3 of which were at GM level), with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role overseeing a minimum of 25MM in combined annual revenue; Proven track record in overseeing private events, banquet operations, and private event sales teams, ensuring seamless execution and revenue growth; Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational data; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and systems, including POS, food & beverage service, inventory management, and procurement processes; Strong ability to develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and operational efficiency; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
