Position: Director of Operations

We are currently seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Operations to lead our restaurants to new heights in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, fostering high-performing teams and driving operational success.

Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in upscale, full-service restaurant management (at least 3 of which were at GM level), with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role overseeing a minimum of $25 million in combined annual revenue; Proven track record in overseeing private events, banquet operations, and private event sales teams; Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational data; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and systems, including POS, food & beverage service, inventory management, and procurement processes; Strong ability to develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
