Position: Director of Operations

About: Lotus Seafood Restaurant specializes in Cajun seafood and Southern cuisine, operating multiple restaurant locations. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our multi-unit operations and drive company growth towards franchising and expansion.

Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations with at least 5 years in a Director or senior leadership role; Deep understanding of the Cajun seafood and Southern cuisine sectors, including both FOH and BOH operations; Must have a deep understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) management, with the ability to analyze financial statements, make data-driven decisions, and drive profitability across multiple locations; Proven experience in managing inventory systems, controlling food costs, reducing waste, and ensuring efficient stock control across multiple locations; Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of restaurant professionals; Experience in developing training materials and programs for various levels of staff and leadership; High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, and scheduling software; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and communicate effectively with both staff and upper management; Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods of time and assisting with BOH operations as needed; Ability to work within the company’s culture, embodying and promoting our values of quality, customer service, and team cohesion; Experience with or a strong desire to support company growth and franchising efforts.

Benefits: Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, Bonuses: Potential for performance-based bonuses, Health Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits package offered
