Position: Director of Operations

Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with at least 4 to 5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree with at least 5 to 6 years of related experience; long hours sometimes required; ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently; strong communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; confidentiality maintenance; problem-solving skills
