Position: Director of Operation
About: Pro Mechanics Recruitment Firm is currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead and optimize their nationwide fleet operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive fleet management expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a steadfast commitment to operational efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred; minimum of 7 years’ experience in fleet management; proficient in fleet management software and related technologies; strong understanding of DOT, OSHA, EPA, IFTA, and HOS regulations; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; exceptional communication abilities; willingness and ability to travel as needed to job sites, vendor locations, and regional facilities
