Position: Director of Merchandising Operations | Converse
About: Director of Merchandising Operations at Converse, positioned at the Converse Corporate Office in Boston, MA, in partnership with G-III Apparel Group. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field; 8+ years of experience in Apparel Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, or related functions within the apparel industry; strong process management and process improvement skills; excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights; exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; strategic thinker, persuasive, and collaborative team player; ability to understand, interpret, and explain brand needs
