About: Lubys Culinary Services is seeking a Director of Marketing to drive market position and business outcomes through collaborative efforts with senior leadership, clients, and field leadership.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in related field; minimum 5 years of experience in the assigned area of responsibility or market sector; ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately; strong leadership presence and ability to establish credibility in relationships; knowledge of marketing strategies in the Food & Beverage industry; excellent business judgement; ability to develop expert client relationships; strong written and verbal skills, including financial and technical acumen; goal oriented; ability to work with individuals and teams to achieve positive organizational outcomes
