Position: Director of Marketing

We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing, based out of Orlando, Florida, to lead our flock to new heights! As a pivotal leader reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, you’ll support with driving brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Requirements: 5 – 7 years of experience in brand management, loyalty programs and leading cross-functional teams; Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management; Marketing experience within the hospitality industry (restaurant industry preferred); Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for customer engagement and revenue growth; Exceptional leadership and team management skills to motivate cross-functional teams; Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with franchise partners and senior executives; Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance; Familiarity with marketing automation tools and menu management software; Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing strategy; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
