Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Operations Management or equivalent work experience required; Masters or MBA preferred; 10 years experience in managing a manufacturing facility of 1,000+ employees required; Experience in MRP or equivalent Material Requirements Planning software, Manufacturing Execution System software, and Statistical Process Control; Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, Just-In-Time, etc.)
