Position: Director of Manufacturing Operations

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with 3-5 years in food & beverage or related industries; experience in end-to-end manufacturing operations; strong technical and quality control background; certifications related to manufacturing operations or quality control preferred; ability to establish quality organization within food and beverage; collaborative work style with strong research and data analysis skills; comfortable working in a start-up culture; entrepreneurial mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
