Position: Director of Manufacturing Operations
About: Global Recruiters of West Bend is seeking a Director of Operations for a well-established and growing Contract Manufacturer based off the east side of the Madison metro area. This role will involve hands-on involvement in various operational disciplines, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, with a focus on immediate impact and continuous improvement programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; extensive experience in plant management, lean manufacturing, materials planning, purchasing, supply chain, and industrial engineering; proven track record in project leadership and ERP systems; strong business acumen with the ability to engage with key customers and suppliers; hands-on leadership approach to employee retention and development
