Position: Director of Manufacturing Operations

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, industrial management, or related field; MBA preferred; background in Safety and Quality System Management; experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodology; 10 years in manufacturing operations, preferably in the chemical industry, including 5 years in managerial roles; strong leadership skills, ability to work cross-functionally, critical thinking, and proficiency in manufacturing and ERP software.
