Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is highly preferred; minimum of 7 years of experience in a management role; experience providing leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment; mechanically inclined with a hands-on Engineering background in areas such as Machining, Fabricating, and Assembly; strong knowledge of Manufacturing Operations including Warehousing, Shipping Operations, Supply Chain, Fabricating, Assembly, and Packaging
