Position: Director of International Marketing Operations
About: HexClad, a best-in-class cookware brand endorsed by Gordon Ramsay, is seeking a Director of International Marketing Operations to join their team and lead global marketing operations. This individual will play a crucial role in scaling the brand’s presence across diverse international markets, collaborating with regional teams to drive impactful campaigns and strategies.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in international marketing operations or global marketing leadership; strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach; expertise in marketing technologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation); data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing performance metrics and driving optimization; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; exceptional communication and presentation skills; fluency in one or more additional languages is a plus; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred; love of food and cooking with cooking skills or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
