Position: Director of Instructional Design & Content Development

Requirements: A minimum of a master’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field highly desired, or a combination of formal education and applicable work experience is required; Expertise in developing engaging and effective learning experiences using instructional design models like ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, or backward design; Proficiency in the latest learning management systems (LMS) and educational technologies including knowledge of e-learning tools, multimedia content creation, and emerging trends like gamification and microlearning; Strong leadership skills to manage a team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders; Project management expertise to oversee multiple projects, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure instructional quality and consistency across programs; A minimum of seven years of experience in course or curriculum design; Best practice experience of instructional design principles, electronic learning, coaching, assessments, course materials, and adult learning; Experience with interactive teaching methods, developing teaching materials, and designing learning activities; Proven competence in instructional design that showcases understanding of adult learning theory with the ability to creatively design, deploy, and operationalize complex, innovative leadership development and organizational development solutions; Demonstrated ability to evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials; Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all members of a learning team, faculty, multimedia production, and learning management system platforms to create a learning environment that is service-oriented, supportive, engaging, and effective for learners; Ability to future-think and envision design, implement, and operationalize creative program design elements; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to navigate complex landscapes and multifaceted projects; Attention to detail and the ability to engage learners at all levels of the organizational hierarchy.
