Position: Director of Housekeeping
About: ResortHousekeeper/LandCorp, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a full-service managed outsourcing partner to the hospitality industry, specializing in providing housekeeping and total facilities maintenance services to resorts, hotels, country clubs, stadiums, and other venues with over 30 years of expertise and a growing presence in the market.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum of 5 years’ experience, with 2-4 years in a management role; 5+ years management experience leading facilities operations in a district; experience working in the janitorial field; solid analytical and decision-making skills; strong client relationship experience; excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation; proficiency in Spanish is a plus; ability to travel as needed
