Position: Director of Housekeeping

Requirements: Experience in a similar leadership role required; strong financial acumen managing budgets, payroll, and cost controls; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proven leadership experience in housekeeping or related field; ability to develop, train, and motivate a high-performing housekeeping team; flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
