Position: Director of Health Center Operations
About: Esperanza Health Centers is seeking a dedicated Director of Health Center Operations to oversee and enhance patient care across all facilities, aligning with the organization’s mission and values. The role involves leading a team to drive excellence in operational performance and patient experience, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure strategic goals are met. The position offers an annual compensation range of $102,800 – $130,600 based on experience.
Requirements: 7-10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Electronic Health Records experience; Clinical certification (MA or RN) preferred; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations governing healthcare operations, including but not limited to HIPAA, HRSA, and PCMH; Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency; Familiarity with process improvement methodologies; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in using data for decision-making; Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 50% between sites
