Position: Director of Guest Services

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required in applicable field of study or equivalent experience and training; four to seven years of relevant technical and moderate managerial experience; effective leadership, organization, communication, and human relation skills; knowledge of personnel management, recruitment/retention, and customer relations; excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
