Position: Director of Front Office

Requirements: At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience. Previous Front Office management experience is required. Proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently or constantly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. Must exhibit a service-oriented and attentive approach towards guests and employees. Compliance with attendance and grooming standards, and adherence to hotel regulations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an emphasis on confidentiality.
