Position: Director of Franchise Operations

The role involves ensuring franchise partners have the necessary systems, support, and guidance for efficient operations and profitability while managing vendor relationships and collaborating with the marketing team to drive revenue-generating campaigns.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience); significant franchise management experience; proven track record in operations management and team leadership; strong financial acumen including P&Ls, budgeting, and revenue optimization; experience in marketing collaboration and vendor management; data-driven decision-making skills
