Position: Director of Food Operations

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; five (5) years of food operations supervisory/management experience in a high-volume, high-quality, multi-unit food and beverage environment; five (5) years of ordering and organizing food inventory; excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment; knowledge of all phases of food operations, including scheduling, cost control; computer skills required, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and point of sale; MAST and Food Handling certification required; flexible work schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays; ability to work in a loud environment, stand, walk, and move through all areas of the casino; maintain physical stamina and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; achieve manual dexterity and perform light to moderate lifting; willing to work in a smoking environment; adhere to company health and safety measures.
