Position: Director of Food & Beverage
About: We are looking for a Director of Food & Beverage to join our dynamic team at The Source Hotel. Whether it’s delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting culinary and hospitality teams, or ensuring smooth daily operations, you’ll be an essential part of what makes The Source Hotel a standout destination!
Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English; self-starting personality with an even disposition; maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times; excellent communication skills with guests; willingness to assist co-workers and be a team player; strong mathematical skills; ability to handle internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy; physically able to move throughout all food and beverage areas; proficient in using computer systems for information input; keen sense of product quality assessment; Minimum 5 years of experience in Restaurant Management, with a minimum of 2 years as GM in local restaurants and industry relationships; Elevated Dining Experience with a minimum of 2 years of management experience in acclaimed restaurants like Michelin Star, James Beard Nominated, San Pellegrino List, Recognized National Awarded Restaurants; Experience working with acclaimed American or International Chef/Restauranteur; Latin Heritage or Strong Passion for Latin Cuisine & Culture; Demonstrated Leadership Experience
