Position: Director of Food & Beverage

Requirements: 4-Year Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; 4+ years of experience as a department leader in high-volume Food & Beverage operations; 8-10 years of Food & Beverage management experience; Executive Chef experience preferred; Experience in a multi-outlet facility or casino environment preferred
