Position: Director of Food & Beverage

Requirements: At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 3 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 4 or more years of related experience; proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations
